HOW TO GET A LUSCIOUS SKIN

I would like to share with you some natural skin care knowledge, one of the most popular topics amongst the female honey fans, before you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on all those anti-aging and moisturizing creams. Try some easy, home-made tonic and remedy with honey first. And remember, the main ingredient in all those costly skin care products in the store could be honey!                                                                                                                                                                                  6 Pampering Homemade Natural Skin Care Recipes with Honey

Here are some do-it-yourself, self-help, extremely easy to follow recipes to enjoy the benefits of honey in skin care. I recommend them also because all the ingredients that go along with them are so easily accessible. 1. Cucumber-Honey Toner:
Puree 1 cucumber in a blender, drain and collect the juice. Add 2 teaspoons of honey into the juice and mix. Pour the mixture into a bottle. Apply on the face and neck area with a cotton pad in the morning and at night. Air dry it and rinse clean. Store the bottle covered in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
2. Honey-Apple Toner:
In a blender or food processor, combine 1 peeled, cored apple with a tablespoon of honey and pulse until smooth. Apply mixture to face and allow it to stay for 15 minutes, then rinse.
3. Honey-Oats Face Scrub:
Combine 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon finely-ground almonds, 2 tablespoons dry oatmeal, and some lemon juice or yogurt to a luxurious and exfoliating facial scrub. Massage mixture gently onto face, then rinse with warm water. This blend gives a deeply emollient cleansing to the pores of your face. Almonds and oats are superb softening exfoliates.
4. Gentle Honey Cleanser:
Mix 1⁄4 cup honey, 1 tablespoon liquid soap and 1⁄2 cup glycerin (found in drug stores). Apply gently on to face using a face sponge. Rinse with warm water and pat face dry.
5. Hot Honey Bath:
Perhaps the easiest natural skin care recipe using honey -- Add 1/4 cup of honey to your hot bath water for silky and luscious skin. This is especially good for dry skin.
6. Honey Olive Hair Conditioner:
For lustrous, silky, healthy hair and scalp, simply combine 1/2 cup honey and 2 tablespoons to 1/4 cup olive oil. Massage scalp with this conditioner, then put on a shower cap for 30 minutes. Shampoo and rinse as usual. Good for hair revitalizing.
             2) BE HEALTHY                                            EAT MORE OF FRUITS AND VEGETABLES .
  1. Be healthy! Exercising regularly gives you a beautiful healthy glow, and can actually improve the condition of your skin. Drink lots of water, 8 cups a day, but that may be too much for sensitive people,so drink at least 6, to help your skin to be healthy, and try to eat healthy, too. For example, don't eat loads of fatty, greasy foods like fries .if you are going to wipe the sweat off of your face use a clean towel but never your hands because during working out your pores are opening up to sweat and putting your dirty hands on them is not a good idea after a good work out always wash your face or have a towel
  2. 2
Go to a chemist, supermarket, or beauty shop, and buy make-up removing wipes, cleansing lotion, toner, moisturizer, and facial scrub or antibacterial soap. Make sure you get them for your skin type, eg. sensitive skin, dry skin. As long as it is a reputable store, their own brand should be cheaper, but the same quality as expensive brands.
  3. 3
Wash your face twice a day. In the morning, splash your face with cold water for about 10 seconds. Then pat dry with a washcloth or facial sponge. This helps stimulate blood flow and is really good for the skin. Then get hot steamy water in a cup or bowl and place your face above the water. This will open up your pores. Then wash your face with a oil-free cleanser. Apply toner or lemon juice then moisturize. It is also good to moisturize before you go to bed.
  4. 4
Take off your make up with the wipes every night before you go to sleep. Wash your face with warm water again, use toner, and moisturizer.
  5. 5
Make an emergency zit kit including a zit cream that has salicylic acid and/or benzoyl peroxide, a cream that reduces redness, a concealer stick, and translucent powder (the powder should absorb excess oils on your face). Of course, this is completely optional, but very useful.
  6. 6
Wait a few weeks; you should notice that your skin becomes smoother and clearer.
  7. 7
Remember if all else fails, go see a dermatologist!
  8. 8
Three words. Virgin Coconut Oil. Make sure your face is clean before you apply it on. Massage your face for 2-3 minutes. A little goes a long way. You only want to use one or two drops. What you don't want to happen is to make your face shiny. If you put too much on, gently remove the excess with a soft, clean towel.
