She has always had those stretch marks. They have been clearly visible in photos for years now. This doesn't really prove anything except she might have gained a little weight to make it 'seem' like she gave birth - she has always been a thicker girl.
Yes she always has them. They occurred from a tattoo she had removed with a laser. Check them out on her performance of single ladies on snl on YouTube. There absolutely visible and there before baby blue was even a thought.
